Buying Group?
Planning a home upgrade? Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical brings qualifying projects together so we can purchase selected equipment and materials in volume. Those savings are passed on to homeowners in the active group.
Our buying groups cover eligible furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and water heater installations, along with Poly-B replacement projects. We’ll help you understand the options for your home and confirm which group discounts apply.
Help bring your neighbourhood together. Invite neighbours to register their interest, and we’ll handle the project assessments, individual quotes, purchasing and installation coordination.
How It Works
1. Register Your Interest
Tell us about your planned home upgrade, your location and your preferred timing. We’ll help identify the appropriate buying group for your project. Registering does not commit you to a purchase.
2. Invite Your Neighbours
A buying group needs at least 10 interested households to activate group pricing. Encourage neighbours who are planning home upgrades to register their interest. We’ll coordinate participation and help each homeowner find the right group.
3. Unlock Group Savings
Once your buying group reaches the 10-household minimum, we’ll confirm your project’s eligibility and provide a quote. Eligible installations receive a minimum 10% discount, or 15% total for eligible Club members. Greater participation may unlock deeper savings.
4. Confirm Your Installation
Review your quote and decide whether to proceed. Your group’s discount is locked in when the group order is placed. We’ll explain the order cut-off and coordinate the work with you.
