Bi-annual Comprehensive System Inspections: Our expert technicians will perform detailed inspections of your HVAC system twice a year, typically in the spring and fall, to ensure your system is prepared for the upcoming heating or cooling season. These inspections help identify potential issues before they become major problems, ensuring your system operates efficiently and reliably.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Key components of your HVAC system, including the coils, blower parts, and condensate drain, will be cleaned and maintained during our visits. Regular cleaning prevents buildup that can affect your system's efficiency and air quality in your home.

*Filter Replacement: To maintain optimal air quality and system performance, we will replace your HVAC air filters during our scheduled maintenance visits. Regular filter replacement is essential for preventing airflow restrictions and ensuring your system runs smoothly. *Please note that this service includes customer supplied filters. 

System Testing and Calibration: Our maintenance visits include testing and calibration of your HVAC system to verify that all components are operating correctly. This includes checking the thermostat settings, electrical connections, and safety controls to ensure your system is safe and efficient.

1. Agreement Scope and Duration: This Agreement outlines the terms under which Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services (hereafter referred to as "the Company") will provide HVAC maintenance services to the Customer. The Agreement is valid for one year from the Effective Date and will automatically renew for subsequent one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.

2. Services Provided: The Company agrees to perform the HVAC maintenance services listed in the "Services Included" section. These services are designed to maintain the HVAC system in operational condition but do not guarantee against system failures.

3. Payment Terms: The Customer agrees to an annual fee for the maintenance services, payable in 12 monthly installments. The first monthly payment is due upon signing the Agreement, with subsequent payments due on the same date each month thereafter. Late payments may incur additional charges at a rate specified by the Company.

4. Service Availability: Maintenance services under this Agreement will be scheduled during the Company's normal business hours. Emergency or after-hours services may be available at an additional cost.

5. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. If the Customer cancels the Agreement before the end of the term, the Customer remains responsible for any outstanding payments due for the remainder of the Agreement term.

6. Warranty and Limitations: The Company guarantees that all maintenance services will be performed to a professional standard. Any parts replaced during maintenance will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Company is not responsible for system failures not directly related to the performed maintenance services.

7. Liability: The Company's liability for damages arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be limited to the cost of the services provided. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation, if possible. If mediation is not successful, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services were provided.

9. Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or representations. Changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province or territory in which the services are provided.
